Watts Family Goals, Objectives, and Outcomes

Goals

• 1.      To document the two hundred years plus the Watts Families in England,  Colonial American, Africa, and Australia along with  Henry Watts Family History in Tidewater, Virginia area.
• 2.      To collect, organize, and preserve Henry Watts Family documents and photos.
• 3.      To preserve Watts Family Historical Sites. (Cemeteries, Land, and/or Building.
• 4.      To create a million-dollar foundation investment fund that will provide for perpetual income that will support the operation of the foundation and its activities.
• 5.      To connect collaboration and partners to the foundation for ongoing support.
• 6.      To create annual funding opportunities for the foundation to grow.

Objectives

• 1.      Create a written document that chronicles the know history of Watts Families in England,  Colonial American, Africa, and Australia along Henry Watts Family.
• 2.      Gather all the family stories and original documents as possible.
• 3.      Create an interactive  archive of the Watts Family Documents and photos.
• 4.      Provide an online mechanism for all family members to interact and support each other.
• 5.      Develop family and community activities and events to promote the mission of the foundation.
• 6.      Develop business, entrepreneurial, and scholarship funding for minority, youth, and Native American groups.

Outcomes

• 1.      That the foundation become self-supportive over a 10-year period.
• 2.      That the foundation become a perpetual organization.
• 3.      That the foundation provides significant support to the youth, business, and entrepreneurial community in Tidewater, Virginia.
• 4.      That the Watts Family members that will have a greater appreciation for the history of the family and each branch accomplishments.
• 5.      That youth and adults will  find direction and wisdom from the lessons leaned for the history of the Henry Watts Family though its education, professions, businesses, collaborations, partnerships, charity, and civic leadership.
• 6.      That the Watts Family Foundation create a permanent and meaningful connection with its Native American roots.
• 7.      To publish, develop, circulate, and/or create video, digital and/or ang other method that would allow the most exposure of the information and lesson learned from the Watts Family History and experiences.
• 8.     That the foundation create a 1 million dollar investment fund.
